We are seeking an employee for a well-run manufacturing company near Viborg, where quality and good craftsmanship are essential to the finished product.

You will play a central role in production with responsibility for operating and setting up the company's Kehler planes. At the same time you closely monitor quality and ensure that the produced items meet the high standards.

This is a role with a lot of independence, where you become part of an experienced team that helps each other and takes joint responsibility for the day's tasks.

Work tasks

Your work tasks will include, among other things

• Setup and operation of CNC-controlled machines, primarily Kehler planes
• Ongoing quality control
• Light maintenance and cleaning of machines to keep them running smoothly
• Contribute to a stable and efficient flow in production
• Contribute to the daily operation and solve other production tasks as needed

About you

• Have experience from production, the wood industry, CNC machining or similar
• Preferably are a trained machine joiner, but experience is valued more than education
• Are used to working with machines and have technical understanding
• Can read working drawings and translate them into practical work
• Have a focus on quality and details in what you do
• Take responsibility and work independently in your daily work
• Thrive with fixed routines and a structured production
• Arrive on time and see the value in good collaboration
