Madservice Aalborg seeks a nutrition professional for the Gug kitchen

Madservice Aalborg is looking for a nutrition professional with experience for the kitchen in Gug. Employment on 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

We are looking for a nutrition professional who has experience in making tasty and nutritionally correct food, tailored to our target group. You must have solid knowledge of the nutritional needs of the elderly. You work in a structured way and have a good overview, even in busy situations, and you actively contribute to ensuring high quality and professionalism in the team.

At Madservice Aalborg we focus on tasty and homemade food, quality, seasons, organic farming and the environment. We have the Silver dining mark and we have an extraordinary focus on season, organic, ingredients and sustainability. We focus on the target group, specialized knowledge about diets such as energy-rich meals, dysphagia-friendly diets as well as ordinary diets. Our food should help create joy in everyday life and we are proud of our craft. We have our own professional bakery where we bake all our bread, cakes, cookies, etc.

We expect that you

• have several years of experience in preparing food for the elderly
• are trained as a nutrition assistant or have a similarly relevant education

Madservice Aalborg is the City of Aalborg's supplier of meals. Madservice Aalborg consists of three kitchens and an administration: The Gug Kitchen prepares cold meals for 1650 residents in care homes, 485 citizens in their own homes, and 200 citizens in housing facilities and day centers. The Lions Park Kitchen prepares other 24-hour meals for 1650 residents in care homes and meeting and course catering. The Fyensgade Kitchen is our bakery, where we bake all bread and cakes.

Working hours are primarily during the day, Monday to Friday, every 4th Saturday and some holidays.

Salary and employment terms

You will be paid according to the applicable collective agreement between KL and the Nutrition and Diet Association.
