Børnehuset Trekroner is seeking a skilled dietary professional with sole responsibility for our kitchen, 30-35 hours per week

Børnehuset Trekroner is a mid-sized institution currently normed for 12 infants and 60 preschool children. Our kitchen plays a central role and has a voice in the house.

Our expectations of you

• You are professionally skilled and have experience with nutritionally correct meals for children aged 0-6 years.
• You enjoy preparing tasty food in our kitchen, which faces our common room, which means that children will pass by and ask many curious questions about cooking.
• You can comply with hygiene rules for a clean kitchen.
• You can order goods electronically, manage budgets, conduct self-inspection, and maintain organic accounting

and cleaning of the kitchen.

• You have an overview and can plan menus several weeks into the future.
• You are approachable to parents and willing to answer their questions.
• You can accommodate special dietary needs
• You are flexible, reliable and contribute to the good colleague community in the house.
• You would like to contribute from the kitchen in connection with shared themes across the house, where the kitchen also participates. You would like to participate in bonfire days and contribute ideas for the bonfire food.
• There will be support for the pedagogical activities that take place, such as Grandparents' days, farewells, Easter lunches, Christmas lunches, summer party and Lucia afternoons.

The position is desired to be filled by 4 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

In connection with employment in Roskilde Municipality, child and criminal record certificates as well as references will be obtained.

Salary and employment according to the applicable collective agreement.
