Management Consultant for Commercial Excellence at Accenture Song

We are seeking consultants with an interest in Commercial Excellence and GenAI to join our Accenture Song team in Copenhagen. Do you want to help advise on and drive digital transformations? We are currently looking for consultants to join our Sales & Service team. We focus on creating business value through strategic advisory on CRM systems, customer platforms and GenAI solutions - from business case and roadmap to realization - which form the basis for business transformations.

We work closely with our clients as trusted advisors, translating business strategy into concrete initiatives that can accelerate the company's growth and secure long-term value.

As part of the team, you will contribute to the following

• You will participate in projects, typically with roles in business consulting, program and project management, and support with business development activities
• Contribute to addressing the right problems and advise our clients on how they handle increasing demands and expectations from their customers
• Advise clients at the decision-maker level on technology choices and priorities that can support their customer journey, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
• Create business and customer insights that support the client's decisions through analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.

In my latest projects I have had the opportunity to specialize in change management.

In addition to my project work I have had the opportunity to contribute to driving the Accenture Female Network, where we recruit female students who are interested in learning more about career opportunities within the consulting industry. Qualification

A bit about you

In addition to an interest in Commercial Excellence and/or Generative AI, we would like your experience and skills to include some of the following:

• 2-4 years of experience as a consultant or similar role from industry (strategy or digital transformation, etc.)
• Strong social skills and good communication in English as well as a Scandinavian language - including flair for building relationships with senior stakeholders
• Graduate degree in business administration, technology and/or strategy (CBS, ITU, KU and DTU)
• Understanding of CRM as an accelerator for business transformation
• Experience in communicating recommendations in PowerPoint and analysis in Excel as well as reporting on platforms such as Google, Azure, Salesforce, Adobe, etc.
• Interest or familiarity with statistical analysis, AI and Machine Learning as well as Big Data analytics can be advantageous
