Your qualifications

We are looking for ambitious and responsible colleagues, over 18 years old, who dream of working with leadership and creating great moments for our guests – and perhaps one day running their own restaurant. Your current experience and education are not decisive; at McDonald's it’s about having talent and showing commitment.

We help your career take off through a job as a leader trainee. Here there is focus on both education and personal development. You will be attached to our unique leadership development program and at the same time gain plenty of practical experience in the restaurant. At McDonald's we are more targeted than most other workplaces, so if you prove that you have both the skills and the ambitions, you have the opportunity to become part of the restaurant's daily leadership team.
