Do you want to help secure the technical framework for a stable and efficient production?

At Swedish Match Denmark we are looking for an engaged and business-oriented Manager Technical Services, who will be responsible for the technical support functions around our production. You will lead a small team of three employees and play a central role in ensuring that the factory has the right technical services, processes and spare parts available so our production can deliver high stability and performance.

The role involves close collaboration with our technical department, which is responsible for maintenance and the machines, while Technical Services supports the organization through effective management of technical inventories, asset management, technical systems and project support. You will also be an important sparring partner in connection with new investments and technical projects at the factory.

Your role

As Manager Technical Services you will be responsible for leading and developing the Technical Services function and ensuring that the technical support processes support the factory's operation and development. You will be responsible for ensuring effective management of spare parts, technical inventories and asset management processes, so production always has access to the necessary components in the right quality, quantity and at the best total cost.

Together with your team you contribute to optimizing workflows, supporting technical projects and creating data-driven solutions that strengthen the factory's performance and future development.

Your primary areas of responsibility

• Lead and develop the Technical Services team consisting of three employees
• Ensure effective management of spare parts, including inventory optimization, availability and cost management
• Support technical investments and projects in close collaboration with the Initiatives department
• Ensure structure and governance around technical data, systems and documentation
• Identify and implement digital and technical solutions that support operations, performance and future development
• Ensure compliance with applicable requirements in occupational health and safety, quality, safety and sustainability
• Develop employees through coaching, sparring and skills development

We imagine that you

• Have a technical or engineering educational background
• Have experience from a manufacturing company within Technical Services, engineering, maintenance support, asset management or similar
• Have experience with inventory management, spare parts, asset management or technical support functions
• Have management experience and thrive on delivering results through others
• Are analytical and data-driven with focus on both operations and business results
• Can collaborate broadly across the organization and establish strong relationships with both production, engineering and support functions
• Communicate fluently in Danish and English
