• Maintains an overview in pressed situations and leads from the front - also in headwinds.
• Has good communication skills and is a good team player.
• Has a positive and contagious mood and can advise customers.
• Be a role model for the store's other employees.
• Plan and allocate daily tasks and ensure they are followed through.
• Work purposefully with the store's key figures.
• Experience from Store Manager or former department head is an advantage.
