Managing Director - Aalborg

Would you like to help lead asphalt projects that create value for both customers and society? Do you have experience from contracts within road construction and a desire to take responsibility for the whole process from start to finish? Then you might be our new construction contract manager in Aalborg.

As construction contract manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordination and execution of asphalt projects in close collaboration with customers, clients, subcontractors, consultants, factories and lay-down teams. You will play a central role in ensuring that projects run smoothly, with high quality and in accordance with both schedules and budgets.

Your tasks will include

• Plan and manage contracts from start-up to handover
• Ensure effective coordination with internal and external partners
• Maintain close contact with customers and project owners throughout the project
• Follow up on progress, quality and finances
• Act as the link between the project's parties and ensure that agreements are complied with

Your profile

We envision that you have a background in civil engineering/construction – either through education or solid practical experience. Perhaps you have worked as a construction contract manager, foreman or project manager within asphalt or other civil engineering projects. We are open to different entry paths to the role and therefore place emphasis on your motivation and interest rather than specific industry experience
