About the job
Are you a SSA who is passionate about teamwork, can work independently, and make a difference for patients with a psychiatric diagnosis and possibly a concomitant substance use issue, then we have a job for you?
We are looking for a colleague for our F-ACT team on 37 hours, and the working hours will be Monday – Friday, during daytime.
What is an F-ACT team!
F-ACT is flexible, outreach and proactive psychiatric care in the local community, and is a method for outpatient psychiatric treatment. Intensive treatment is offered in periods when it is needed, and it is scaled down to individually tailored treatment when the patient is feeling better again.
Who are we!
We are a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, social and health care assistants, occupational therapist, pedagog, psychologist, psychiatrists, peers, social worker, secretary, and a total of 13 colleagues.
We are a team that characterizes itself by being decent, ambitious, taking responsibility, and using our room for maneuver. Job satisfaction is the foundation of our working day, where we always strive to help as many people as possible, in the best possible way.
We can be busy, but we take time for community, humor, safe surroundings, good colleague camaraderie, development and education. We cultivate a culture that values and provides space for innovative ideas and shared influence.
What is it like to be a new colleague with us?
Onboarding is something we place a high value on, as we know that it is the starting point for you as a new colleague to feel secure in your new everyday life. The onboarding program will be tailored to you and your qualifications.
You will, from the first day, have a colleague as a mentor who will guide you and answer the questions that arise during your start-up, as well as hold regular mentor conversations.
We hold ongoing theme days and courses, so everyone is equipped for the tasks, and you always have your team to spar with.
What do we expect from you?
You should have understanding of or be curious about the complexity of the target group and be good at meeting patients where they are, and have a sense of their wishes and needs.
You will become the clinical contact person for about 20 - 25 patients, and you must therefore be able to work independently, prioritize your own time, and at the same time be part of and contribute to the team. And you will of course receive help with this in the beginning.
We are looking for a colleague
- Preferably with psychiatric experience, but not a requirement
- Preferably with experience in substance use treatment, but not a requirement
- Who possesses good collaboration skills and is motivated to actively develop the treatment and the department's learning environment
- Who reflects on own and colleagues' practice
- Who has strong verbal and written skills
- Understanding of the importance of documentation
- Who wants to contribute to good collegiality and social cohesion
- Has a driving license for a car
We offer a workplace
- With a dynamic and engaged staff group
- Professional supervision, well-being and a good working environment
- Good opportunities for professional development, collegial sparring and cross-disciplinary conferences
- High degree of independence and the possibility to help plan one’s own day
- With room for differences and where there is “room to breathe”
- Where we meet the patient from a recovery-oriented approach
Salary and employment terms
The position is to be commenced on January 1, 2027 and is a one-year non-permanent contract.
The working time is 37 hours per week in daytime shifts.
A salary agreement is entered into according to the agreement between FOA and Region Zealand.
