Marketing Assistant for Vinhuset

Are you a multitasker who can create posts that grab attention and keep a webshop under control?

Do you want to work with wine and online sales? Do you like writing and taking pictures, and do you enjoy keeping track of details? Then maybe you are the person we are looking for!

We are seeking a full-time marketing assistant. You will help make Vinhuset visible on social media and ensure that our webshops are easy to navigate, enticing and easy to shop in.

You don’t need to be able to do it all from day one. Maybe you’re strongest at creating content, maybe you’re best at getting a webshop up and running. The most important thing is that you can see yourself in several of the tasks and are eager to learn the rest.

Who are we?

We are Vinhuset and Bevco. At Vinhuset we mostly sell wine, and at Bevco you’ll find spirits, beer, water and much more. We have webshops in five countries and sell primarily to private customers, but also to businesses.

We are about 50 colleagues and in the middle of a growth journey that we intend to continue. We are a young team with an informal daily life, and when we get a good idea, it doesn’t take long before we try it. Therefore you also get real influence on where we should go.

What you’ll do

Your day-to-day is split between two areas, equally weighted.

Social media and content

• Plan and create posts for our social media
• Take photos and make short videos of our wines, news and offers
• Come up with creative ideas for campaigns and concepts
• Keep an eye on what works and use it to make content even better
• Work in Canva or the Adobe programs, including creating cover banners etc.

Webshop and product data

• Create new products in Shopify and maintain those already there across our markets
• Write product texts about taste, varieties, region and what the wine pairs with
• Ensure prices, images, categories, variants and stock status are correct in each market
• Improve product pages and categories so customers can find them, also via Google (SEO)
• Keep an eye on the structure of our sites so they reflect our brand and are easy to navigate

We imagine that you

• Have 0-2 years of experience in marketing, content or e-commerce, e.g. from studying, a part-time job or internship
• Write well and vividly in Danish
• Are used to social media and want to create content
• Are thorough and enjoy keeping track of details
• Like to get started on your own and learn new things

It’s a plus if you have worked in Shopify or another webshop system, or if you know the basics of SEO. You don’t need to know anything about wine yet. You just need to be curious and eager to learn.

The practical

You will be based with us at Industrivej 24, 7900 Nykøbing Mors.

The position is full-time (37 hours per week), and you report to our CMO.

We would like to have you on board as soon as possible, but we’d rather wait a little for the right person.
