Marketing & Commercial Student Assistant

Are you looking for hands-on experience with supplier campaign coordination and execution? Then we have the right student job for you!

In close collaboration with the Senior Product Brand Specialist across the Group Marketing and Commercial team, you’ll take part in the entire process of running supplier campaigns - from setup and booking to reporting and documentation. Sounds interesting, right?

Your tasks will include setting up supplier campaigns and booking copy and graphics for multiple channels via our project management tool, Wrike. You’ll help manage the approval process, ensuring deadlines are met so final materials can be forwarded to the Senior Product Brand Specialist. You’ll also support evaluation and reporting after campaigns have ended, including collecting data from various marketing channels.

The job

• 10–15 hours per week, with the possibility to work from home, though we expect one office day.
• Assisting in setting up campaigns
• Responsible for booking copy and graphics
• Ensuring deadlines are met
• Responsible for forwarding final materials
• Assisting with data evaluation of supplier campaigns
• Assist with brand reporting related to annual supplier agreements

Your profile

• You have a “can-do” attitude and take on new tasks with an agile, open mindset
• You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with deadlines
• You are currently studying a bachelor’s degree within marketing, branding, or communication - ideally with a couple of years left before graduation
• You are comfortable communicating in both Danish and English
