Marketing and Project Manager at EFKT

Do you want to help strengthen EFKT Marketing Studio?

EFKT is one of the Nordic region's leading marketing partners for real estate agents, property developers and commercial tenants. To strengthen our Marketing Studio, we are now seeking a strong marketing and project management profile with solid experience in performance marketing, content and film production.

You will become part of a well-functioning Studio and take a central role in driving client projects, creating strong marketing solutions and elevating collaboration across clients, sales and production. At the same time you will help shape how the Studio should develop in the long term.

Your role

You will, among other things, be responsible for

• Drive content, film and performance marketing projects from brief to delivery
• Attend client meetings and translate needs into concrete solutions
• Coordinate internal and external specialists
• Ensure progress, quality, deadlines and finances
• Work closely with our sales organization on new client projects
• Develop our solutions in content, video and performance marketing
• Contribute to making our products, processes and ways of working even stronger and more scalable

Who are we looking for?

We imagine you come from a performance marketing agency, a digital agency or a content agency, where performance marketing has been a significant part of your responsibility.

You have solid experience with project management and clients and understand how content, distribution, data and effect connect.

You do not need to be a specialist in all disciplines yourself, but you must be strong enough professionally to challenge the solutions, ask the right questions and assemble the right competencies around the client.

It is important that you have experience with

• Performance marketing
• Project management
• Film and content production
• Client management and needs assessment
• Coordinating specialists and external partners
• Translating creative solutions into measurable impact

The opportunity

You will join a Studio with established processes, existing clients and a strong production platform.

In the short term, the role is about strengthening deliveries, driving projects safely to completion and creating even more value for our clients and the sales organization.

In the longer term, you will also be an important part of the work to further develop the Studio, our products, our ways of working and the way we scale the business.

In short, we are looking for a person who can create value from day one and help develop the Studio over time.
