MARTECH DIRECTOR

As Martech Director , you will be IMPACT’s senior expert and trusted advisor within Data & Martech – a profile clients want in the room and one that strengthens IMPACT’s credibility in the market.

You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to define Data & Martech strategies that support business objectives and create measurable commercial outcomes. At the same time, you will help shape the long-term direction of IMPACT’s Martech practice by developing methodologies, service offerings and perspectives on emerging technologies, platforms and AI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will

• Define and execute Data & Martech strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders , including CMO, CDO and CTO
• Translate complex technology and data challenges into clear strategic roadmaps
• Oversee complex Data & Martech engagements and ensure quality and strategic direction
• Contribute actively to new business, pre-sales, proposals, scoping and pricing
• Build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
• Develop IMPACT’s frameworks, methodologies and point of view within Data & Martech
• Collaborate across Commerce, Experience and Strategy to create integrated solutions
• Stay ahead of emerging Martech technologies, platforms and AI capabilities
• Contribute to internal knowledge development, vendor partnerships and external thought leadership

YOUR PROFILE

You bring solid senior-level experience within Data & Martech, digital consulting or a comparable advisory environment.

You

• Are customer-centric and understand clients’ business models, challenges and strategic objectives
• Have a proven track record of delivering Data & Martech strategies with measurable commercial impact
• Can communicate complex technical topics and roadmaps clearly at CMO/CDO/CTO level
• Bring a strong commercial mindset and experience originating or co-leading opportunities within new and existing accounts
• Are curious and innovative, with a strong interest in emerging Martech solutions, platforms and AI
• Combine strategic thinking, technical understanding and commercial perspective
• Thrive in a role where you are both a senior client advisor and an internal expert
