🚜 Machine Operator – here you'll get a machine you've hardly driven before

Have you operated machines before and thought: “Give me a bit of training, and I’ll quickly get the hang of it”?

Then we have a job that is a bit different from the classic machine operator position. 😎

We are looking for several machine operators based in Karlslunde who will be trained on some very special machines for depth cleaning of sand and grit on playgrounds and sports facilities.

The machines require special training – and the company will provide it.

⚙️ First you learn the work –> then the machine

You will be part of a fixed two-person team , where you drive out and solve the tasks together.

In the beginning you will learn the whole process and help with, among other things

🔹 Preparation of the work area

🔹 Practical work and shovel work

🔹 Cleanup

🔹 Quality checks

🔹 Daily contact at the tasks

When you have mastered the workflows, you will be thoroughly trained in the company’s patented cleaning machines, so that you can operate them independently over time.

If you have already operated a excavator, skid-steer loader or other construction machines, you therefore have a very good starting point. 🚜

🌍 The suitcase must be able to withstand being used

This is not the job for you if you absolutely must be home by 4 p.m. every day.

You should expect up to about 100 travel days per year with work in Denmark and Sweden.

🏠 Zealand: As a rule, home in your own bed

🇩🇰 Jutland: Overnight stays as needed

🇸🇪 Sweden: Longer trips – up to about 3-4 weeks at a time

Meals and accommodation are of course covered when you are away.

You also need to be independent enough to handle life on the road, including, for example, booking hotels yourself and getting the practical things to hang together.

So yes, you need to be able to drive the machine but also yourself. 😉

👷 Who are you?

Skilled worker or unskilled? It doesn’t matter.

The most important is that you

✅ Have experience operating machines

✅ Have a Category B driving licence – BE is a big plus

✅ Have good physical fitness and be able to take part in the practical work

✅ Thrive working outdoors in all kinds of weather

✅ Are prepared for travel activity

✅ Can work independently and take responsibility

✅ Are good at customer contact and represent the company properly

✅ Thrive working closely with a fixed buddy

You don’t need to come with experience in exactly this type of work. You will learn it.

💰 When you are out, you will be compensated for it

You will receive an attractive salary package including pension based on qualifications.

When the work requires overnight stays, you also receive meals and accommodation according to the applicable rates.

And there is a benefit to the job that is not found in many places

❄️ Go full throttle in the season – get more time off in the winter

In peak season, work is done efficiently through.

In return you get the opportunity to accumulate a good amount of compensatory time off, so several of the winter months can offer significantly more freedom – with pay.

In other words, it is a job for you who want to work hard when there is busy period, and enjoy the freedom when the season slows down. 🙌

🤝 Two colleagues – one team

You won't disappear into a huge organization.

You drive regularly with your partner, and you are responsible for ensuring the day's tasks are completed properly.

At the same time you get fresh air, physical activity and a result you can actually see when the workday is over.

From dirty and compact sand to a clean, safe and inviting playground that is ready to use again. 💪

If you like machines, freedom, travel and a workday that isn’t spent behind a desk, we’d love to hear from you.
