You will become part of a larger contractor routine, where soil, sewer and infrastructure take up a lot of space. Your everyday The work is planned according to the site, so the order can change from day to day. Some tasks involve excavation and earthmoving, others involve demolition or preparation before the next trades can come in. When the plan changes, you agree the next steps with the foreman, a partner or the crew, so the work keeps moving forward.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Earthworks and excavation on commercial sites
• Earthworks and level adjustment of terrain
• Demolition when the task requires it
• Driving larger excavators on earthworks and construction tasks
• Planning and building the subgrade

There is room for both independence and collaboration here. The most important thing is that you take care of the equipment, keep the agreements and speak up if something doesn’t add up.

We are looking for you who can check many boxes You do not have to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.

• Have a driving license
• Have at least 1 year of experience as a machine operator or with construction equipment
• Can work alone, with a partner and in a crew
• Turn up reliably and take care of the machines
• Speak up if something is not right on site
