Mathematics teacher for middle grades and upper grades at Skolen on Strandboulevarden

Are you an engaged mathematics teacher who is passionate about creating strong learning communities and motivating teaching?

At Skolen på Strandboulevarden we are looking for a mathematics teacher for 4th and 5th grade as well as for our two-adult arrangement in mathematics in the upper grades. In addition, you will teach science/technology in 4th and 5th grade. You will become part of an ambitious school with a focus on academic achievement, well-being and development.

About the school

Skolen på Strandboulevarden is a young and development‑oriented school. We have an active teaching staff and a good parent collaboration, where we work professionally with learning, didactics and well‑being. In addition to our general department, where the position is attached, the organization includes a special class series from 6th to 9th grade and a city-wide family course.

At the school we build strong year-group communities through close subject-based teamwork and therefore we expect you to have strong collaboration skills. You will become part of a large team across 4th and 5th grade, consisting of six teachers and a resource educator.

Employment terms

We want you to be able to commence the position as soon as possible. The position is covered by 'Overenskomsten for lærere m.fl. i folkeskolen og i Københavns Kommune' and 'Arbejdstidsaftalen for lærere i den primærkommunale folkeskole og i Københavns Kommune'. In connection with the employment we will obtain child- and criminal records certificates and take references.
