As our colleague has moved into a happy circumstance and now goes on maternity leave, we are seeking a nurse for a maternity replacement.

You will join an engaged team of 15 employees consisting of nurses, assistants and aides. We work rehabilitatively in fixed multidisciplinary teams, with high professional standards and with the citizen at the center.

About us and the job

With us you will become part of a staff group of about 80 people who provide home care, nursing and training to about 300 citizens in Odense City Centre.

Our citizens are in the process of physical functional decline and therefore our focus is forward rehabilitation.

Forward rehabilitation is a multidisciplinary collaboration among many actors within the group and in Odense Municipality to help the citizen master their own life, and with your professional expertise you will be central to the process, close to the citizen.

Through the nursing professional assessment you will identify the citizen’s needs and plan the necessary actions for the citizen to succeed with their rehabilitation.

You will receive the citizen, accompany them through their process and conclude it when the need for treatment and care is no longer present.

To enable you to perform your best every day we offer the following terms for your employment:

• Working hours of 37 hours per week unless otherwise agreed
• Day shift in the time frame 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. unless otherwise agreed
• Weekend shift every 4 weeks
• 16 weeks of basic leave

Salary and employment terms

Start date January 1, 2027.

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization.

Salary range for a nursing position is between 37,395 and 40,865 DKK per month including pension, depending on previous experience.
