Matters Group in Ribe seeks Quality Manager

Do you have experience with quality management in a manufacturing company, and are you motivated by creating structure and driving improvements? Then you might be the person they are looking for as Quality Manager at Matters Group.

As Quality Manager you will have the overall responsibility for the company's quality management system and ISO 9001 certification. You will have an independent specialist role in the organization and broad contact with production, management, customers and suppliers. The role has no personnel responsibility, but with great professional responsibility and the possibility to set the direction for Matters Group's quality work.

Your responsibility

You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's quality management system is functioning well, up-to-date and meets the requirements of ISO 9001. At the same time you will be responsible for the company's ISO 9001 certification and for the ongoing follow-up that ensures they are ready for both internal and external audits.

An important part of the role is also to identify opportunities for improvements and translate them into concrete actions. You must therefore be able to work in a structured way with requirements, standards and documentation and have an eye for how the company supports their operations and workflows.

Your primary areas of work

• Responsible for maintaining ISO 9001 certification
• Maintenance and further development of the quality management system
• Daily quality follow-up in production
• Planning and execution of internal audits
• Participation in external audits
• Handling of deviations, complaints and corrective actions
• Implementation and follow-up of preventive actions
• Follow-up on quality goals and KPIs
• Identification and implementation of improvements in processes and workflows
• Supplier evaluations
• Calibration management and document control
• Preparation of management review

• Have experience with ISO 9001 and quality management
• Have experience with internal and external audits
• Have experience with certification and quality management systems
• Take responsibility for driving your tasks forward
• Have strong collaboration and communication skills
• Have good IT skills, including experience with Excel
• Be proficient in Danish and English in writing and speaking

You will have a close collaborative interface with the company's HSE Manager, who is responsible for ISO 14001 and the company's environmental management system.
