Your qualifications

We are looking for ambitious and responsible colleagues, over 18, who dream of working with leadership and creating great moments for our guests – and perhaps one day running their own restaurant. Your current experience and education are not decisive; at McDonald’s it’s about having talent and showing engagement.

We help your career forward through a job as a leadership trainee. Here the focus is on both education and personal development. You will be attached to our unique leadership development program and in parallel will gain plenty of practical restaurant experience. At McDonald’s we are more targeted than most other workplaces, so if you prove you have both the skills and the ambitions, you have the opportunity to become part of the restaurant’s daily leadership team.
