About us

We are a residential facility for adults with developmental disabilities, many of whom have psychiatric comorbidities and extensive support needs in all aspects of life. Several of our residents are multi-disabled and communicate mainly through facial expressions, sounds, movements and behavior.

With us we work from an acknowledging, relationship-based and neuro-pedagogical approach , where security, predictability and professional reflection are the foundation for the residents' well-being – and for your working life.

The facility has capacity for 50 residents across two locations

• Bøgevej 3–5 : 36 places distributed over 6 houses
• Møllersgård, Købmagergade 15–17, 9670 Løgstør : 14 places

We are looking for you who

• Have experience – or a strong motivation – to work with adults with multiple disabilities needing compensatory support in all life situations
• Find professional and human value in working with residents who have no or very little verbal language
• Work in an acknowledgeing, patient and relationship-oriented manner
• Have knowledge of – or a desire to learn more about – KRAP and neuro-pedagogy
• Have an interest in welfare technology, sensory integration and alternative/supportive communication
• Are reflective, curious and engaged in professional development and sparring
• Are comfortable with written documentation and have knowledge of relevant legislation
• Have experience with or knowledge of CURA
• Have a driving license (required)
