Right now we are looking for a HVAC-/ventilation engineer with at least 5 years of experience for our HVAC team in Copenhagen, where we, together with the other teams, create attractive and well-functioning buildings that are healthy and safe to live in and stay in. In collaboration with our skilled colleagues we ensure the building is designed with regard to indoor climate, daylight, acoustics, sustainability, technical installations and fire safety as well as the subsequent building operation.

Your tasks

As a HVAC engineer you will among other things be responsible for

• to work independently with the design of HVAC and plumbing tasks, large as well as small
• professional project management on larger projects, where in addition to yourself a junior engineer is attached.
• Possible preparation of sewerage projects

You have good communication and collaboration skills, which you use with clients, partners and colleagues. You enjoy working in a dynamic and informal environment with varied tasks, where humor makes everyday life easier. We look after each other and protect our leisure time.

You are willing to spar with your colleagues and to pass on experience to younger colleagues.

You naturally join a cross-disciplinary team, have good communication skills and can collaborate across disciplines and interfaces with the other engineering disciplines.

You have a positive attitude toward the people around you; you listen to your partners and seek compromises where necessary – though you also have the drive to push your own initiatives through.

You are professionally skilled, passionate about your field and have the drive required in our company, where responsibility and authority are distributed decentrally and right out on the projects. For us, the most important thing is that we deliver the project the client asks for, and that all project staff participate in the cross-disciplinary dialogue.

In addition we expect that you

• Are educated as a diploma-, civil engineer or similar and have at least 5 years of relevant experience from the consulting industry
• Are ready to handle both larger, complex projects but also preferably have the courage for renovation projects, refurbishment tasks or the like
• Are able to work independently with the design of technical installations and are a good sparring and collaboration partner for your colleagues with a positive and constructive approach to collaboration.
