Møllehjemmet is expanding with 3 respite places for a longer period, and therefore we are looking for 1 SOSU assistant and 2 SOSU helpers for night duty. Would you like to help create safety, calm and professional quality in the night hours, then perhaps you are who we are looking for.

At Møllehjemmet we know that the night is something special. Here we create calm, safety and presence for our residents, while working closely together in a team each night with 1 SOSU assistant and 1 SOSU helper we currently work in a 7-7 shift arrangement. As a night shift worker with us you will become part of a strong professional community, where sparring and collegial support are always close at hand.

It provides safety in the task and the best conditions to make good professional decisions where the most important focus in each shift is the residents' good sleep and the acute needs that may arise. We take professionalism seriously and expect you to do the same.

About Møllehjemmet

Møllehjemmet is a care center located in Auning with 29 nursing home apartments. With the establishment of 3 respite places we are expanding our capacity and therefore want to strengthen our night shift staffing. We work based on the values of safety, dignity and high professionalism, and we always base our approach on each citizen's life story, wishes and resources.

Your tasks

Provide care, nursing and practical help at night

Observe residents' condition and respond professionally

Medication management according to applicable guidelines

Documentation in Nexus

Create calm, safety and continuity during the night hours

Close collaboration with the night unit, nursing and day and evening shifts

We place emphasis on you

Are trained as an SOSU assistant or SOSU helper

Have experience with or interest in night shifts

Thrive in independent work – but values close collaboration

Have good observation skills and professional judgment

Meets people with calm, empathy and respect

Employment period: 6 months, with possibility of extension.
