Morning opening assistant / pedagogical assistant for KKFO Stjernestøv at Blågård School (permanent position – 7.5 hours per week)

Are you eager and capable to join the morning community, and are you both morning-spirited and reliable? Then the position as morning opener might be just right for you.

The Leisure Institution at Blågård School is seeking a permanent morning opener with start 9 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

For the position, it is a permanent employment. The weekly working time will be 7.5 hours per week and the working hours will be distributed in the time window 6:45 to 8:15, Monday to Friday – it is therefore important that you are both morning-spirited and reliable.

The task consists of – together with the other fixed morning openers – welcoming the children who arrive in the morning and following the children in the classes where they meet at 7:50-8:00.

We are part of Blågård School, located on Inner Nørrebro, close to Assistens Cemetery and the Lakes. KKFO shares the building with the primary division, and the morning opening takes place in one of the KKFO bases, where all children from kindergarten to 3rd grade can come in 'morning care'. There are about 220 children aged 5-10 enrolled in the KKFO. A smaller portion of the children's group uses KKFO's morning offering.

We work seriously with the task, for we indeed have the most important job in the world. So whether you are a student, retiree, bus driver or something completely different is not so important. The most important is that you want to participate in the community with the children and give those present a safe and calm morning before the start of school.

Focus is: A good start to the day – and safety, dialogue, structure and community are key concepts in the morning opening.

You will become part of a team consisting of two other fixed morning openers.
