About the job

You may not actually need a job, but you still grew curious. Maybe you can recognize yourself in some of the following statements:

  • You are a night owl. You thrive on sleeping well into the afternoon and are fresh and awake all night, so working in the time window 21.45-07.15 is just something for you.
  • You are helpful. You step in to help your colleagues solve the task. There are 2 night shifts on each night. You share some tasks, others you divide between you. In special cases, you also help colleagues in other departments with two-person tasks.
  • You exude calm. Citizens' welfare is our core task. You are patient and support the citizen with the nightly chores and care tasks at the citizen's pace. The night tasks mainly involve helping the citizens to find calm, security and a suitable circadian rhythm. There are 21 residents in the house, all with individual needs and wishes for their night rest. The work involves a fair amount of care tasks.
  • You keep an overview. In order for our house to operate around the clock, it is important that everyone helps each other. Therefore, there may be various practical tasks at night such as light cleaning, self-checks, ordering supplies, tidying, etc.
  • You are good at collaborating. You take pride in lifting things as a team. With us we help each other to solve the tasks. You act and take responsibility, whether you work with the caretaker, colleagues or relatives. We work together for a good working environment and find job satisfaction by celebrating the small successes.
