Night receptionist

Best Western Plus Hotel Odense is looking for a new night receptionist for our reception team.

Odense Sport & Event (in common parlance OS&E) is seeking one or more new colleagues to join our reception team at Hotel Odense, a position with good development opportunities and good chances to put your own mark on the development of the role.

With reference to our Operations Manager you will be responsible for a number of own tasks in the reception. In the team there are several skilled, seasoned and engaged colleagues. Your daily work will be at Hotel Odense, where you will become colleagues with about 150 employees in many different disciplines, all focused on collaboration and on making each other look good in everything we do. And yes, in all modesty it is Odense's largest hotel that is looking for a new colleague…

You will be responsible for ensuring that all our guests have an outstanding experience from the moment they step through the door. We set high requirements for each other and our commitment, and at the same time we love a good laugh and a funny story. We take pride in our unconditional hospitality permeating everything we say and do; hospitality must be tangible.

Shifts will be at night (between 21:30-7:30).

You will work in a 4-5 rotation, where you alternately work and have off 4-5 days.

Start: as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• You must greet our guests and ensure that they know all the options that both we and the City of Odense offer.
• You must ensure that the day is closed, and preparations are made for a new day
• Administrative tasks
• Diverse ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with receptionist work is a big plus. At the same time you have unconditional hospitality and flair for creating world-class experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in Danish and English.
• You can handle night shifts, and have previous night work experience
• Independent, structured and detail-oriented.
• Strong IT skills.
• Ability to handle pressured situations with a big smile on your face.
• You are naturally curious and proactive regarding our guests and your daily tasks
