About the job

Are you ready to make a difference?

We are looking for a nurse resource planner who loves to create structure in a dynamic daily life. With us you will be the pivot for planning, coordination and quick decisions, and you thrive when things move fast.

You have a sharp overview and can prioritise with a steady hand, so the operations run optimally, even when the day brings unforeseen changes. You are flexible, solution-oriented and see opportunities rather than limitations. You are passionate about quality in care and motivated to develop and upskill your colleagues.

In short: You are decisive, engaged and have a desire to create structure and coherence to benefit both citizens and the team around you.

This is a permanent position of 37 hours per week distributed on weekdays, with weekends and holidays off.

You will join an administrative team with a department head, an assistant department head, 2 other resource planners and an administrative employee regarding the planning of routes and shift planning.

The meeting time window can be planned from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

About us

You get a fantastic workplace where you become part of a team, with an informal working environment, where we solve the day's tasks together, both for the Nurse Service and Home Care. We work together to ensure the forward-looking tasks based on our concept of Fremtidens Hjemmehjælp, so wellbeing and continuity are experienced for colleagues and citizens. We cover for each other during time off and holidays.

Our core task we formulate like this

’Fremtidens hjemmehjælp handler om at støtte borgerne i at blive eller forblive mest muligt selvhjulpne, samtidig med at de svageste borgere sikres den nødvendige hjælp’

We place great emphasis on delivering good service in close collaboration with the citizens and their relatives. We base our approach on the individual citizen's resources and wishes based on the approved pathways.

We are an exciting workplace with skilled and engaged employees, where the overarching values trust, dialogue and job satisfaction are not just concepts but topics we focus on every day. No task is too big or too small to help each other with.

In Hjørring Municipality there are 6 districts where Hirtshals covers Hirtshals town as well as a large catchment area including, among others, Horne, Uggerby, Åbyen, Tornby, and Vidstrup.

Your tasks will be

  • Professional support for planning in the nursing and home care group
  • Ensure continuity and cohesive citizen journeys
  • Ensure quality with regard to admissions and discharges
  • Support the professional documentation
  • Act as a link between several actors, including the E-team
  • Ensure and qualify delegation of health professional tasks
  • Be a professional sparring partner
  • Contribute to ensuring that the department's financial resources are used as effectively as possible, including route planning and short-term shift planning
  • Must be able to plan based on both the citizen's and the employee's wishes, but also be able to stand firm in decisions based on the organization's policy, and tolerate that not everyone agrees with the decision.

Expectations of you

  • Trained nurse, preferably with knowledge of hospital home care
  • Knowledge of SUL, SEL, FSIII and the Elderly Act
  • Knowledge of the care system CURA, possibly CuraPlan and shift planning in Optima
  • Be a role model both professionally and in the work environment
  • A team player who sees professionalism and collaboration as the most important task
  • Have a broad overview and can juggle many balls at once
  • Be curious and have a learning approach to using IT
  • Possess good communication skills, with an appreciative and present approach

Practical information

Salary and employment terms are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
