Nurse for Center Åbakken – close to residents, professionalism and community

The position is initially full-time, but we are flexible regarding your preferred number of hours. The working hours are in the evening shift. There is an option to create a plan with mixed shifts.

Your tasks will include, among other things

• execution and coordination of nursing for the center's residents
• assessment, planning and follow-up on complex nursing-related issues
• medication management and documentation
• close cooperation with residents, relatives, general practitioners, hospitals and other partners
• professional sparring with social and health care assistants, social and health helpers and other colleagues
• contributing to creating safety, quality of life and dignity for the individual resident

About Center Åbakken

Center Åbakken is a nursing home with two departments consisting of 30 general nursing apartments and 10 apartments that are particularly suitable for residents with dementia.

We work with the individual resident's wishes, resources and needs as the starting point. Our goal is to create a safe and meaningful everyday life through high professionalism, presence and respectful relationships.

Employment conditions

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement.

Start date January 1, 2027 or by agreement. There will be an opportunity to start earlier.
