The nursing plays a central role, and you work in interdisciplinary, self-managing teams together with social- and health personnel, a case manager and therapist. You will be responsible for a care trajectory and follow the citizens closely – from the initial assessment to the overall effort. We prioritise collaboration, realistic planning and a sustainable pace, so you can create quality, safety and continuity in practice. Documentation takes place in Cura, and you work with electronic medication management and digital planning that supports your professionalism. Your workday takes place in a municipal car in the most beautiful surroundings in and around Mols Bjerge.
