We are looking for an engaged and clinically well-founded nurse for a permanent position as night shift nurse to our team in Middelfart.

As a nurse on night shift you will play an important role in ensuring safety, continuity and high professional quality for our citizens through the night.

Your tasks

As a permanent night shift nurse, your tasks will include

• On-call function and responsibility for the nursing care at night
• To provide holistic care to our citizens
• Handling of acute calls and assessment of citizens with sudden illness or fall
• Observation and professional assessment of changes in citizens' condition
• Updating and documentation of citizens' conditions and daily rhythms
• To create calm, safety and continuity for citizens through the night
• Collaboration with colleagues and relevant partners around the citizens' progress

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained nurse and passionate about citizen-centered nursing
• Thrives working independently and can maintain overview in pressured situations
• Has good clinical assessment skills and can act on changes in citizens' condition
• Is responsible and works in a structured way
• Has good communication and collaboration skills
• Enjoys working at night and values the particular calm and working style that comes with night shifts
• Wants to contribute to creating quality and security for our citizens
• Wants to – and dares to – lead as we take the final step in implementing the nurse's role in holistic care in 2027

Experience from home care is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important is that you have the desire and professional competence to carry out the task.
