Who are you? We are looking for a nurse who can help ensure good quality in the nursing care work together with the rest of the care staff. The work will take place in close contact with residents and relatives, and you are able to communicate affirmatively with residents, relatives and colleagues even when there is a lot to do.

• Having a clinically leading role
• To ensure the competence development of the other care and educational staff, including teaching and on-the-job training
• To be a role model, help, guide and teach, and be part of creating a good culture where the individual is always the focus.
• To support a rehabilitative approach and perform nursing tasks and work with UTHs
• To create continuity and coherence and be coordinating in relation to the care and treatment of the individual resident

We have a strong focus on competence development and work with the functions of resource persons. In addition to you, we have 3 nurses employed at our center.

About the position The position is 32 hours, with work every 4th weekend.

Salary and employment are according to the applicable collective agreement.

Health insurance, which includes access to a physiotherapist, chiropractor, etc.

Start date: 01.01.2027 or by agreement. The recruitment meeting takes place on 7.12.2026 at 8:00 - interviews will take place on 8.12.2026.
