From 1 January 2027 we will become part of Region Midtjylland's Citizen-Centered Health as part of the health reform. We are therefore seeking nurses and social- and health care assistants who want to use their professional skills and help develop the future local health care system.

At the Health and Care Places, the right care, treatment and rehabilitation make a difference. We receive citizens directly from hospital or from their own home who need observation, treatment or a temporary stay to regain strength and independence.

About the job

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team with nurses, social- and health care assistants, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

Your tasks include, among other things

• Care, treatment, rehabilitation and reconditioning.
• Clinical observations, assessments, early detection and management of acute situations.
• Coordination, medication management and documentation.
• Collaboration with citizens, relatives, doctors and other partners.

As a nurse you will have a particular opportunity to work with clinical assessments and complex pathways. As a social- and health care assistant you will play a central role in daily care, observation and rehabilitation.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse or social- and health care assistant.
• Takes responsibility and uses your professional judgment.
• Is curious, asks questions and actively contributes to collaboration.
• Is motivated to learn new things and develop yourself both professionally and in collaboration.

Experience from hospital, municipal nursing, rehabilitation or the acute sector is an advantage but not a requirement.

Salary and terms of employment

The Health and Care Places are a 24/7 staffed workplace at Sneppevej 30, 8723 Løsning . You will be employed by Region Midtjylland under Citizen-Centered Health.

We offer permanent positions with the following shift roles

• Social- and health care assistants: Part-day/ evening shift with three weekend shifts over eight weeks.
• Nurses: Part-day/ night shift with three weekend shifts over eight weeks.

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement with the possibility of negotiating qualification- and job-related pay.

Employment is conditional on satisfactory authorization and a criminal record check.

Start date: 1 January 2027.
