Nutrition Assistant for Spjald Care and Activity Center

Would you like to help create meal joy for our residents? We value the food, the aroma of food and presence in the kitchen as part of the care, and our home is among other things characterized by good home-cooked food. We are now seeking a nutrition assistant or kitchen assistant to join our skilled kitchen team. Who are you? You are a structured and stable nutrition assistant who works well in a team and will help support our approach to humaneness and care, where we always meet each other with equality and respect.

You will be part of a kitchen team consisting of a kitchen manager and 4 employees.

Your tasks will among others be

• Preparation of hot meals, open sandwiches, desserts as well as baking bread and cakes
• Preparation of special diets
• Receiving goods
• Self-checks, dishwashing and cleaning
• Contribute ideas for the monthly menu

We are looking for you who

• Are trained as a nutrition assistant or kitchen assistant
• Are nutritionally skilled and passionate about cooking with quality in mind.
• Are curious, positive and contribute to a good working environment and community.
• Can plan and organize daily tasks.
• Are broadly professionally grounded, and work well with assigned responsibilities
• Are caring, and have a positive and motivating approach to work life.

About the position The position is 30 hours, with work every 4th weekend.

Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

Health insurance, which among other things offers physiotherapist, chiropractor etc.

Place of employment Spjald Care and Activity Center.
