We love healthy, organic, and varied children's meals – can you work wonders with ingredients and create magic?

We can offer

  • colleagues who are passionate about healthy, organic food and environmental sustainability
  • a large and fully modern kitchen
  • sparring and idea development in the cluster's kitchen network.

We expect that you

  • have a creative sense for detail and value aesthetics and quality in the food
  • let yourself be inspired by the pedagogical themes in the house, so that they are sometimes reflected in the menu
  • have a desire to help look after our small kitchen gardens and like the idea of from soil to table
  • want to be part of a work community that both contains the close kitchen team and the larger across-disciplinary community in the house
  • have nutrition and dietary knowledge for children aged 0-6 years
  • can work with a minimum of 90% organic.

You will share responsibility for

  • management and planning of all tasks in the kitchen, including daily production, dishwashing, cleaning, and stock replenishment
  • menu planning (please send a proposed weekly menu with your application)
  • purchasing and budgeting
  • self-inspection and risk analysis
  • to comply with applicable guidelines within production kitchens and food legislation
  • to focus on organic and food waste
  • to help develop the kitchen team, which consists of three employees in total, each 30 hours per week.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local pay setting.
