Nutrition Assistant Trainee - Strandmarkshave Nursing Home

Strandmarkshave is a municipal care home with 73 residents. In addition, on weekdays 30–40 dining residents come to our day care and activity center for people with dementia, as well as 10-12 dining pensioners from the town.

We are seeking a nutrition assistant apprentice for Strandmarkshave's kitchen with a start date in January 2027.

The kitchen provides meals of high culinary quality with a focus on food prepared from scratch using good seasonal ingredients, organic products and user satisfaction for our residents and the house's guests. We also prepare our own bread and cakes, jam, pickled vegetables, stock, protein drinks and dysphagia diets. The kitchen currently has an organic percentage of 67% and is thus ready for the Silver Spisemærket.

We are a team of 7 staff including an apprentice, who work with shared values and an appreciative mutual dialogue, and have a good cross-disciplinary collaboration with our colleagues throughout the house. In addition, we have a very close dialogue with residents, dining pensioners and day care guests, whom we are in daily contact with.

We are looking for a good colleague with commitment and a desire to learn what it means to work with good meals for the elderly. You should have a positive approach to the tasks, be stable, and have good teamwork skills.

We offer a good and dynamic workplace with skilled and engaged colleagues. You will be assigned a practical supervisor during the training.

The kitchen has daily opening hours from 7:00 to 17:00 every day of the week. The position is 37 hours.

Salary and employment terms

Employment is governed by the applicable collective agreement.
