Nutrition Assistant Trainee Wanted for Production Kitchen at Egegård Friplejehjem

Egegård Friplejehjem is looking for a nutrition assistant apprentice, starting as agreed.

In our production kitchen we prepare quality meals and baked goods from scratch for around 80 residents and staff daily. In addition, there is meeting catering and various events throughout the year.

We can offer an apprenticeship with a good working environment and good colleagues with many skills who are ready to teach.

In the production kitchen we are a team consisting of a kitchen manager, 2 nutrition assistants and 1 apprentice (when the position is filled).

We work day shifts Monday to Saturday. Sunday the kitchen is closed.

We are a five-year-old Friplejehjem under Danske Diakonhjem and we work value-based with a focus on our wonderful elderly residents, who know what good food consists of and who are crazy about whipped cream.

You as our new apprentice will work in all areas: cooking, baking, cleaning, stock ordering and self-check control.

You will become part of the team and have your own areas of responsibility in the order you are ready for.

We expect you to have a good mood, to be passionate about your education, to bring good ideas, take pride in a clean kitchen, be willing to learn and able to tolerate constructive praise and criticism as part of the process.
