Nutrition Coordinator for maternity leave cover at Temporary 24-hour Rehabilitation - Svendebjerghave

At Svendebjerghave we are seeking an engaged nutrition coordinator who is passionate about translating nutrition professional knowledge into practice, and strengthening quality around meals and nutritional interventions.

We are facing an exciting transformation process, where Svendebjerghave from 1 January 2027 transitions to regional operation. Therefore we are looking for a professionally strong colleague who wants to be part of this process.

You will become the nutrition professional key person at Svendebjerghave and will have a varied everyday with a focus on development, quality assurance, product development and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

The position is a maternity leave replacement for 37 hours per week with start as soon as possible

About the position

As a nutrition coordinator you will become the nutrition professional resource person at Svendebjerghave.

You will play a central role in quality assuring the nutrition and catering area. You will help strengthen the nutrition professional effort through advice, quality development and product development.

Your tasks

• Act as the nutrition professional resource person for staff and management.
• Advise and guide staff on nutrition-related issues.
• Support cross-disciplinary efforts around residents with special nutritional needs.
• Develop and optimize food and meal concepts with a focus on nutrition, rehabilitation and quality of life.
• Participate in production development and quality assurance of diet and meal offerings.
• Prepare and maintain nutrition-related guidelines, instructions and procedures.
• Contribute to the implementation of new initiatives and workflows.
• Contribute to a culture where nutrition and meals are an integrated part of treatment, care and rehabilitation.

• Have a professional bachelor in nutrition and health, or have another relevant nutrition-related education.
• Have an interest in development of meal offerings, quality assurance and production development.

• Can translate professional knowledge into practice and create engagement among colleagues.
