On-call substitutes for residential facilities

Would you like to work with people?

We at Kellersvej 6 in House A, B, and D are looking for good substitutes to work day, evening, weekends and night.

The residents in our care are all adults; they all have diagnoses within the autism spectrum, and some are developmentally disabled and physically handicapped.

As a substitute you work together with our regular staff to give the residents a meaningful life. We plan our work carefully so that the residents feel safe.

We are looking for substitutes with commitment and initiative who can stay calm even in pressured situations.

It is an advantage if you have experience from similar work but not a requirement.
