At Kristrupcentret we are looking for skilled and unskilled on-call substitutes who want to become part of our team when there is a need for an extra hand due to illness and holidays. You don't need 10 years of experience. You don't need to know everything from day one.

You must like people

We are a small nursing home with 26 residents, and that's actually part of what we love about being here. Here we know each other. We talk. We laugh. We do activities. We might share a cup of coffee together. We hear stories from a whole life, and sometimes an ordinary Tuesday becomes a little more fun than you expected. For us, care is not only about nursing; it's about people. And it's about creating a good day, even when you're at work.

We work as one team. That means you won't be thrown into deep water alone. You will receive a thorough introduction, where we train you in the tasks and show you how everyday life works at Kristrupcentret. And when you have a question, you just ask. We have skilled colleagues around you whom you can always brainstorm with.

🎓 Perfect alongside studies – or in your gap year

Perhaps you are pursuing a degree. Perhaps you are considering nursing, SOSU or something entirely different within health and people.

Shifts take place on weekdays and weekends/vacations and can be day and evening shifts. If you are a skilled worker, there are also opportunities for night shifts.
