Would you like to work with modern open source technologies at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and make a big impact for Atea's customers?

As a Senior Consultant in ATEAs Open Source consultancy team you will have the opportunity to advise, design, build and optimize solutions based on Linux, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform and CI/CD, among others. You will become a central part of deliveries where the Red Hat platform is often the focal point – including RHEL, OpenShift (container, virtualization and AI workloads) as well as Ansible Automation Platform.

THE POSITION

In the role you will be a technical key player in customer-facing projects, where you both advise, build and run solutions.

Your main tasks will be

• Participate in the design and implementation of open source-based solutions at customers
• Contribute to workshops and technical sparring with customers and colleagues
• Troubleshooting, performance tuning and optimization of existing environments
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure active knowledge sharing
• Contribute with technical input to proposals, scoping and project planning
• Develop and mature billable concepts and solutions in the team

You will have a role with great technical variation and the opportunity to influence both architecture and deliveries.

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for you who are curious and solution-oriented and thrive in a consulting environment with client contact, where you can translate technical depth into value for the customer.

You have practical experience with Red Hat technologies, Linux, infrastructure and modern operations/automation – e.g. Ansible/YAML, Bash and/or Python – and you work in a structured way with automation and optimization of environments. In addition, you have experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes and/or OpenShift and an interest in modern platform operations and infrastructure technologies. Experience with or interest in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles is an advantage.

It is advantageous to have certifications such as RHCE, CKA/CKAD or equivalent, as well as motivation for ongoing professional development through certifications and specialisation.

The role requires that you are security cleared or have the potential to become so.
