Operations Assistant

Solrød Bioenergi is looking for a skilled electrician and therefore seeks a colleague who can join an on-call schedule.

We are a team consisting of 11 employees, and you will join as an operator in a 5-person team responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the plant. You will participate in an on-call schedule that applies to both weekdays and weekends. Your area of responsibility will be the overall responsibility for our electrical systems – including updating wiring diagrams, sizing of cables and components, and maintenance of existing electrical installations.

Your qualifications

• You are educated as a mechanical engineer, electrician, automation technician, or have another relevant background.
• You work in a structured and independent manner and can handle pressured situations.
• You have experience with sizing of cables and components.
• You have an understanding of interrelations in industrial plants and good process understanding.
• You are accustomed to using a PC and a mobile device as work tools.

Solrød Bioenergi handles weekly 7,000 tons of organic biomass with plans to expand. From here biogas is produced, which is sold to the Danish natural gas network. Solrød Bioenergi is part of the Bigadan group, which designs, builds and operates biogas plants in Denmark and internationally.
