Operations Manager for our warehouses in Central and Southern Jutland

Can you create clear direction for employees and ensure stable and efficient operations across multiple locations? Do you also have an eye for safe raw material handling, clear priorities and full traceability? Then you can become an important part of our operations organization.

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations and the staff at our warehouses in Central and Southern Jutland. You allocate tasks and staffing, prioritize resources and ensure that today's activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

You work closely with the employees and have a focus on people, raw materials and processes.

Create direction in daily operations

You will be a visible and hands-on leader who creates clear priorities and ensures that operations function across locations.

Your main tasks will be to

• coordinate daily operations, distribute tasks and staffing and adapt activities as order flow, capacity and priorities change
• lead, instruct and support the employees and follow up on attendance, competencies and behavior
• monitor operations on working environment, service, quality and productivity through, among other things, board meetings and process validation
• ensure correct registration, traceability and handling of grain upon receipt, storage and onward delivery
• ensure that goods movements occur after necessary sampling and release from the quality function, and that non-conforming goods are quarantined
• ensure compliance with SOPs, operating standards, system requirements as well as occupational health and compliance requirements.

Your primary workplace will be determined based on your residence and our location structure. However, you should expect regular presence at multiple locations.

You report to Operations Manager West and work closely with the other operations managers and colleagues within, among other things, quality, logistics and commercial functions.

A clear leader with overview and decisiveness

There may be several paths to the role. The most important is that you have solid experience from an operations-intensive organization and can achieve results through clear leadership, systematic follow-up and common processes.

We imagine that you

• have relevant experience from warehousing, agriculture, raw material handling, logistics, production or a similar operations-intensive company
• have at least five years of relevant operations experience and preferably a minimum of two years' experience with team leadership or daily coordination
• thrive with visible leadership and can create clear frames in a daily life with changing priorities
• work systematically and stand firm on safety, quality, traceability and agreed procedures
• have good IT skills and can use operational data and systems in daily follow-up
• communicate confidently in Danish, both spoken and written
