Parts Manager for Stemas

Operations-oriented leader with responsibility for warehouse optimization and daily management

Do you have solid experience with spare parts for construction or agricultural machinery, and do you understand the value of strong warehouse management? Do you want to lead in daily operations while creating structure and stability for a small, dedicated team?

We are seeking a visible and operational parts manager who will be based in our department in Fredericia. We are looking for a candidate who can optimize processes and establish the right setup, structure, engagement, stability, good service and collaboration.

Role: Optimization, stability and hands-on in operations

As our parts manager you will be a true "playing coach". You will have the overall responsibility for spare parts in Denmark for our strong product program, which includes quality brands such as Wacker Neuson, Weidemann and Himoinsa.

You thrive in personally handling customer orders, finding the right components and solving the urgent challenges that arise when the equipment is idle at the customer site. At the same time you use your overview to optimize our warehouse and internal workflows, as well as ensure collaboration, task solving and well-being in the spare parts team.

Your primary tasks will be to

• Lead and motivate the department's 7 spare parts employees through a present and visible leadership style. 2 employees are based in our Hadsten department, 1 in Fredericia and the remaining 4 in Havdrup.
• Ensure stability and structure in daily operations so that logistics, dispatch and service always run faultlessly.
• Actively participate in operations with customer reception, telephone advice and spare parts dispatch.
• Optimize processes and master data in Navision , including streamlining purchasing and warehousing.
• Ensure close collaboration with the workshop, so that the mechanics always have the right parts on time.
• Ensure close collaboration between colleagues in spare parts in our departments in Jutland and on Zealand.

Who are you?

You will probably have a background as a spare parts specialist, warehouse manager or team leader in the construction equipment, agricultural or truck industry. The most important thing is that you understand the urgent setup that the industry requires, and quickly can get up to speed on our machine brands, as well as having focus on and experience with leading people, well-being and development.

• Have solid technical understanding.
• Likely have solid experience with Navision (or similar ERP systems) and a flair for warehousing and optimization.
• Are a natural unifying figure, leading by example and creating enthusiasm in your own team, but also capable of fostering good collaboration with other teams in the company.
• Are robust and solution-oriented and can maintain an overview.
• Have experience in leading teams

You report directly to our After-Sales Manager, who is based in Havdrup. With your location in Fredericia you will be his natural help and local key person within spare parts in Jutland.

Fredericia will be your fixed base and is centrally located in the Triangle region with easy access to the motorway network. Part of the job also takes place out in the organization. Therefore you will regularly have working days in both Hadsten and Havdrup, where you collaborate closely with colleagues and support the spare parts business across locations.
