Operations Manager PTA for the Laser Department

Can you run a laser department, create structure in the orders, and at the same time understand the work by the machines?

We are looking for an experienced operations manager PTA who will take responsibility for the daily operations of our laser department.

You will manage the order flow, distribute the work and ensure progress and quality. The department currently consists of three

production workers, in addition to the operations manager PTA.

Your responsibility

• Have an overview of incoming orders, prioritization and production flow.
• Clarify and create orders from email, phone and other channels and follow them through to completion and

invoicing.

• Prepare and quality-check cutting and bending programs in collaboration with the operators.
• Ensure a stable flow through laser cutting, deburring, grinding and bending.
• Follow up on process registrations, finished goods, quality and delivery times.
• Develop workflows, procedures and the operators' competencies, including programming.
• Plan and implement service and preventive maintenance.
• Contribute practically in production during peak loads when necessary.

The profile we are looking for

You have solid technical experience from a laser or sheet metal department and are ready to take responsibility for the daily

operations.

Experience with daily management, production planning and allocation of tasks among employees is

a benefit.

• Documented practical and technical experience with CNC laser cutting, shearing and the other

sheet metal processing around a laser department.

• Experience with Salvagnini STREAMLASER is a major advantage. Experience with other relevant laser systems

can also be a good starting point.

• You can prepare and tailor bending programs yourself. Knowledge of TRUMPF TruTops Boost with

TecZone Bend is an advantage.

• Experience with offers, calculations, customer contact and ERP systems is a clear advantage.
• You speak and write Danish at a confident professional level.

We primarily work with stainless thin sheet, including for the pharma industry. The department has a

Salvagnini L3 fiber laser, a Trumpf TruBend press brake and a Fladder Gyro 200.
