Operator for a painting plant

On behalf of John Bjerrum Nielsen A/S we are looking for a plant supervisor for the company's painting facility.

We are seeking a technically interested and responsible employee who wants to develop themselves in an important role in production.

About the position

As a plant supervisor you will be responsible for the daily operation of the painting facility and become a central part of the production. You ensure a stable flow, high quality and a good collaboration with colleagues and management.

The most important thing is that you have technical flair/experience - you are curious and eager to learn.

You will receive thorough training and ongoing sparring, so you are well prepared for the role.

Your tasks

• Operation and monitoring of the painting facility
• Start-up, shutdown and process control
• Preparation of paint and materials
• Quality control and process monitoring
• Planning and coordination of production
• Collaboration with production, planning and maintenance

Professional competencies

We are open to various backgrounds. You may come from production, crafts, industry or another technically oriented role.
