We are experiencing increasing activity across all disciplines, and are seeking, among others, skilled SMD operators who want to help ensure high quality in our production. You will become part of a close-knit team where everyone contributes, and where there are short decision paths and influence on your own daily life.

Duties 🛠️ Your primary tasks

• Operation and monitoring of SMD equipment
• Process control and fault finding
• Quality assurance and documentation
• Collaboration with production and engineering on optimization
• During periods you may be assigned to the HMT department and the soldering center.

Professional Qualifications We expect that you

• You may be trained as an electronics operator or similar, and it is a great advantage to have worked with SMD machines.
• You should have a certain amount of technical insight and understanding of the systems. Familiarity with AOI is welcome.
• Work independently, in a structured and quality-conscious manner
• Thrives in a small team where everyone takes responsibility
• Has technical understanding and a desire to learn new things
• It is a big advantage if you have taken courses in soldering and assembly, box-building, etc.

• Are reliable and thrive in a production with high standards
• Speak, understand and write Danish at a good level
• Are a good colleague who understands the value of good collaboration across the organization
