About the job

We are looking for a dedicated employee to handle tasks within debt collection with a particular focus on municipal matters. Your primary tasks include:

• Professional advice and guidance to residents, businesses and partners through phone and written communication.
• Efficient case handling in the Ownership Register.
• Handling of cadastral and condominium events.
• Administration of §§7 and 8 exemptions.
• Processing of assessment changes.
• Annual run regarding contribution invoices.
• Case handling regarding E-loan.

About you

We are seeking a structured and proactive employee who thrives in a busy daily life with both operations, advisory and development tasks. You are able to work both in a team and independently, and you are motivated to create value and results in collaboration with others. In addition:

• You have a good IT understanding and enjoy working with systems and setup.
• Experience with SAP and KMD Structura will be an advantage.
