Educator or pedagogical assistant at Balle Nature Kindergarten

We are looking for a professionally strong and relationship-minded educator or pedagogical assistant who is passionate about nature and the good life of children.

Do you want to help create the framework for good, safe and developmentally rich early childhood life at Balle Naturbørnehus? Then you are the person we are looking for for our kindergarten.

Balle Natur is a part of the Daycare Institution Skovgården, which consists of 4 kindergartens:

• Birksvej Kindergarten
• Balle Kindergarten
• Balle Nature Kindergarten
• Dalhaven

Balle Naturbørnehave is normed for 70 preschool children. We have 3 mixed-age kindergarten groups, and all of them are housed in the 'hut.'

In Balle Naturbørnehave we work every day to create the best conditions for the children. We value outdoor life as a significant learning space, with a focus on play communities and secure relationships.

About the position

This is a permanent position as a pedagogue or pedagogical assistant.

The position is 37 hours per week and is expected to be filled on December 1 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and agreement on local pay formation.
