Pedagogue with warm hands sought for Hørhus

At Hørhus we would like to welcome a cheerful pedagogue with warm hands, a heart in the right place and who is present and has an eye for star moments. Our vacancy is for an average of 32 hours per week. You are welcome to apply with us, whether you have a lot of experience, a little experience or are newly trained. We provide training in all tasks.

Hørhus is an educational residential facility located at Margrethehåbsvej 66-68 in Roskilde West, with a bus right to the door. The residents at Hørhus are people with multiple disabilities, developmental disabilities and mobility impairments. The residents are in the age group 19-57 years. All residents are joyful and enjoy challenging life’s possibilities. All have different needs in terms of help and support. We have a strong focus on the residents’ wishes, hopes and dreams. At Hørhus we have hearts in the right place and we love star moments, fun and mischief.

Hørhus’ view of humanity is to see our residents as equal people who have the right to a good life on their own terms. We work purposefully to give the individual resident real options. We work with rehabilitation, recovery and LA2 and the core task at Hørhus is to give the residents quality of life and care.
