Pedagogue sought for Egtved School's SFO

ARE YOU OUR NEW SFO SUPERHERO? Here it is cool to learn – and cool to be!

Can you create magic in the middle of the SFO everyday life? Can you tie shoelaces, start a game of tag, comfort a child with a scraped knee and at the same time maintain both overview and mood? Then it might be you we are missing.

We are looking for an engaged pedagogue who will help make the children's everyday life safe, fun and full of good experiences. Whether you are an experienced “grandma with punch,” newly trained with a head full of ideas or something completely different, is less important. The most important is that you have energy, presence and a love of life in an SFO.

We hope that you

• meet the children at eye level and have an eye for their different needs,
• are a clear and safe adult whom the children want to go to,
• can initiate activities – from play and movement to creative workshops and campfire pancakes,
• keep calm in the good SFO chaos, also when 20 children want to show you something at once,
• contribute with humor, responsibility and good ideas for both children and colleagues.

With us you get

• fantastic and immediate children from Egtved and surrounding areas,
• a casual work environment with skilled, engaged colleagues and strong team spirit,
• good facilities with workshops, sports and multicenter, swimming pool, playground and a large outdoor area,
• room for initiative, quirky ideas and activities that create joy and community,
• an SFO where play, movement, learning and social well-being are in the center.

Working hours and employment

The position is a permanent role at 20–25 hours per week with start as soon as possible. Working hours mainly lie in the SFO time in the afternoon until 17:00 and may also include some morning shifts from 6.25–8.00 as well as participation in SFO team meetings.

The workplace is Egtved School's SFO.
