Educator for maternity-leave replacement sought for our lower primary and SFO Artium Brande

We are looking for a pedagogue (educator) 30-32 hours/week from January 2027

About the position

You will have an exciting and varied daily life with tasks both in the lower school and in the SFO, and you will work with children who need extra support, structure, and clear adults.

You will become an important part of the children's day – both in the school part and the after-school part, where community, learning, well-being and play are the focus.

We are seeking a pedagogue who

• Is good at having a Plan B ready.
• Wants to think creatively about teaching activities.
• Has a view of the individual child and the child's place in the community
• Wants to bring their professional and personal competencies into play across school and SFO
• Can create structure, predictability and clear frameworks for children
• Is present, clear and relationship-building
• Can take initiative and work independently – but also thrive in teams
• Contributes with good humor and engagement in everyday life
